• Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m.
• Rental rates from November 1 until April 1 are an additional $50.00.
• Many of the owners of the vacation rentals require a 3-night minimum.
• Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday
• Rates do not include 7% sales tax and 3% occupancy tax
• A security deposit of $150.00 to $250.00 is required to book your reservation. Amount depends upon unit.
• A cleaning fee of $50.00 to $100.00 is required. Amount depends upon unit.
• All rent monies shall be paid no later than ten days prior to arrival.
• A $75 non-refundable pet deposit is required.
• In the event of cancellation, security deposit will not be refunded unless unit is re-rented for the same period.
• Agent reserves the right to substitute accommodations, if necessary.
• Rental rates are subject to change without notice.
• We accept Mastercard and Visa.
